This was my first time at this location, and I was surprised by how "outdated" the inside and outside were. Our waitress paced our meal, which worked out just right. I ordered a meatball sandwich with plenty of Mozzarella Cheese and Green Peppers, but they didn't have hot giardiniera; they substituted Pepperoncini Peppers, which was OK with me. This had to be the best meatball sandwich I had in a long time. It had giant meatballs, plenty of green peppers, and melted cheese. Later that evening, for dinner, I ordered a pizza to go. It was crispy, with plenty of cheese and mushrooms. I would go back again. It's perfect for large parties after church.

Evergreen Park HS Class of 71 just had their 71st birthday party here. we had 70 people. KATIE WAS AWESOME, I worked with her the last few months for party planning, room arrangements, food package and extras. She is just the best to deal with, always pleasant and very helpful. this past Saturday was our event, it was wonderful. the staff was excellent. plenty of food. everyone was very happy with the service. we did a cash bar, the servers were right there to take drink orders if someone didn't feel like walking out to the bar. Great experience, Papa Joe's Orland deserves 10 stars!! Thank you so much EP 71 reunion committee and classmates. GO MUSTANGS!!!

Love this place. Great Italian cuisine, friendly staff and the best of all bartenders! The bar area is like something out of Cheers!

Went here after we tried to go somewhere else and the wait time was hours long. It was a happy accident! We just went with pizza and salad, but they give you a load of bread to start with and it was crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and it was great to dip into the oil and parmesan on the table while waiting for our items. Salad was decent sized portion, with yummy dressing (italian). Our pizza, which had pineapple and ham on it, had a ton of cheese, the right amount of toppings, with a bit sweeter sauce and a nice thin crust. Service was good, I think the person was new, so she was very hesitant, but lovely. We would definitely go back again.

I came here last night for the first time with my fiancé, our friend and his daughter. The restaurant was very beautiful inside. They do have a big parking lot. My fiancé and I ordered a 16 inch sausage thin crust pizza which was $25.50. I thought the pizza was very good, I do think there is better places for a cheaper price, but I did enjoy it. Our friend and his daughter had a 14 inch sausage and pineapple pizza and they loved it. I think my only complaint really would be that the pizza took almost 30 minutes to come out, it seems like we were waiting a very long time. They do have olive oil and Parmesan cheese on the table which is really nice. I would definitely come back, I would just probably come on a day when they have specials. Waitress was friendly.
